  • I just registered, how long should it take for me to receive access to the courses?

    Thank you for registering! You should receive access within 24-48 hours. Please be sure to update your account with your first name, last name, and organization. This helps us ensure you are registered for the correct courses and have full access to them.

  • How long will I have access to the course and content?

    Once registered, you will have access to the courses for 1-year from the day you registered.

  • How can I update my account information?

    Log into your account. On the home page, click on your name. Go to My Account > Profile > Edit My Profile. Scroll down to the section where you can enter all the profile information. Please be sure to enter "Name of your organization." This helps us ensure you are enrolled in the correct courses.

  • My account has been inactive for 24 hours or more, how can I restore my account to gain access to my courses?

    For your account to be fully restored, please update your account information with your first name, last name, zip code, and organization. After updating this information, your account will be fully restored, allowing seamless access to the courses you are registered for. If additional issues persist, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

  • Is there anywhere I can go to ask questions or connect with other learners in our courses?

    Yes! You can connect with other learners via our community forum. At the time, our only community forum is dedicated for early childhood care and education (ECCE) workforce. To access the forum, Go to https://cispediatrics.thinkific.com/enrollments On your dashboard, scroll down to "My Communities." Click on CRM Forum—ECCE and go to "Open Community." Enjoy reading past posts, and feel free to post in our community forum to hear from other learners!
